1. Who is AMA Collectors Cases?
A family tradition that began in 1982, AMA Crystal Cabinets is a European manufacturer of handcrafted cabinetry. For over 20 years, AMA has taken great care in creating highest quality for collectors all over the world. For 10 years AMA has been working with Swarovski in Europe, manufacturing high quality cabinets for SWAROVSKI Figurines. Today, collectors of all sorts buy AMA Crystal Cabinets, made to meet highest expectations.
2. Where are AMA Crystal Cabinets made?
We manufacture our cabinets in our own European workshop since over 20 years. All cabinets are either 24K goldplated or silvery nickelplated in our galvanising plant, built to meet highest standards.

We carry about 56 different items, when you count the various designs, sizes and finishes.
5. How secure are AMA Crystal Cabinets to be hung on a wall?
We ship all cabinets with the hardware for wall hanging. The only exception is the 3 piece Crystal Palace, which is only for free standing. Please note, that we don't know what kind of wall you have and the hardware we are sending may not be suitable for your needs. In this case we recommend contacting a local hardware store.
6. How does the built in halogen light in the Crystal Cabinets work?
There is a 8 ft. white cord with an on / off switch that runs out of the back of the cabinet and connects to a white wall socket plug- in transformer (110V for U.S.A.). The cabinet itself runs with a 12V halogen bulb (20W).
7. How do I use the online store?
You just go to the item you wish to purchase and click the BUY NOW button. That takes you to the secure WorldPay checkout where you enter your address and credit card details.

9. How do you ship merchandise and what are the shipping charges?
We ship with UPS. Our typical order processing time is 8 to 12 business days. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number when your order is shipped or we will notify you by e-mail or telephone of our inability to perform your request. From that point you should expect UPS service times to comply with the estimates below. Order processing delays can be experienced if we have to verify your billing address.
Shipping Charges and Delivery Times in U.S and Canada vary.
UPS Ground - 1 to 5 days - UPS Ground delivery time estimates from our warehouse in Pennsylvania USA are shown on our website.
The UPS Map and the delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We do our best to process orders received within the time frames specified, however, during our busiest seasons delays can be expected. It is highly recommended that your request shipping that allows for delivery a day or two extra prior the day that you MUST have your order.
Canada Air Mail - 4 to 7 days
PO Box, APO and FPO Addresses, orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico sent via U.S. Priority Mail only. Sorry, no express or overnight delivery.
10. How is the product prepared for shipping?
To make sure that your AMA Crystal Cabinet arrives in perfect condition, we use extra strong and large boxes with styrofoam chips and bubblewrap for the product. Many of the cabinets are also sent UPS oversize to make sure they arrive in perfect condition.

18. How can I find out about the status of my order?
You will receive an email notification when your package has been shipped with a UPS tracking number and a link to track your order. If you have not received a shipping notification email in 2 business days after placing the order email us at amacabinet@googlemail.com and we will reply with a status update.
- If the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered but you have not received it, check with your neighbors or family members.
- International orders may have longer transit times and sometimes you may experience customs delay.
- If your billing address does not match the address you have on file with the credit card company your order processing time may be longer than 1 to 2 business days because we are required to verify your billing address for your protection.
